Super amazing and professional service. Dan was so helpful when I brought my AirPods in and quickly figured out they were both failing AND ordered me a new pair through Apple Care. The lady who works there (regrettably did not catch her name) is also amazing and really kind. Would 100% recommend

Fantastic service and expertise!! I finally brought my phone to Mac East when Apple Support couldn’t solve the issues (ongoing from phone to phone over years) THE best decision I could have made! Kathleen went above and beyond to sort out the issues and explain what she was doing. Very highly recommend this small local business. In the future, I will bypass Apple completely and return to Mac East for all my tech needs.

Awesome place to get your phone checked out if something is going on with it! They helps me figure out why my phone wasn’t charging and they were so nice and great explaining it to me I appreciated it so much, definitely going back if I have any other troubles in the future! ?? highly recommended!
