Excellent service 'above and beyond' most delivery businesses. After the heavy snowfall, I had shoveled a narrow walking path down my long driveway instead of clearing the whole thing and the delivery person just parked his car at the bottom and walked up and placed my package at the door. THANK YOU!
They don't leave our packages in the main lobby like other delivering companies so for that they get 5 stars! Amazon, thank you for the switch! lol (And for the manager Peter for complaining lol)
Great for deliveries, residential pickup leave something to be desired. You’re supposed to get notified the day before the pick up, and then another notification three hours before. The past three times I’ve tried to get a pick up done, I’ve gotten no indication as to which day the pickup would be and receive call a minute before the person arrives (and naturally I'm not home) and get the 3 hour notice email about 2 hours later. The reschedule never seems to happen, and I inevitably drop it off myself...
