    My experience with Hobart service was terrible. Every time the service person stepped inside the door, we were billed almost $300. This bill had to be paid regardless of the tech actually doing anything helpful and with no regard to actually solving the problem they were called for. I reached out for assistance to the head office with no avail. All they wanted was 'payment.' They did not care at all that the customer was dissatisfied and stuck with the same original equipment issue.     Had a fryer repair done 3 months after purchase; 3 months into a one year warranty. Hobart sends a bill for $620.Endless emails and calls, and this is still just bumping into a dead wall. I'm not paying a bill for a Warranty repair! Would you?

    This company trying to scam me, i have a stove that was out of warranty which i didn’t know, that needed to be fixed and when i called the service team they asked me send proof of purchase and if its still under warranty they will send a technician. Few days later technician shows up and said there are two ways to fix this and since its under warranty we will replace the whole part, 3 days later i received a 600$ invoice for repair.I send email multiple times asking the manager to listen to the call and i never heard back from them, now they sent the invoice to collection trying to bully us.Shame on you and your collection agency.You wont see a dime from me if you don’t... read full review
