Matthew asked a lot of good questions to better understand my issues/concerns. I felt very comfortable with learning the new the exercises he recommended and asking him any questions I had. All in all, it was a good session, and I look forward to working with him.

I have been going to Citadel for my degenerated hip for pre-surgery of Hip replacement. Super facility , great staff. My physiotherapist is Jenn M. and she is the most knowledgeable and competent Physio I have ever had...and believe me, I have done lots of Physio in my life...given that I broke my hip when I was 16 from an motorbike accident! 4 months in hospital...2 years before I could walk again.

Nice facility, reception staff are first class, awesome. Sushu is a fabulous physiotherapist and has treated me on many occasions for several injuries. Her suggestion to use acupuncture has been one of the best treatments to help with my arthritis. I can't imagine having any other physiotherapist.I would highly recommend Citadel Physiotherapy.
