Our sump pump stopped working today and leaked water all over our basement floor. Frantic, my husband and I started making calls and Blackburn told us they had availability this afternoon and would call us back with a time. A lovely lady showed up and determined we needed a new one. She left to go see if they had the one we needed jn stock. She came back and installed the new one and it ended up being cheaper than we thought it would. Absolutely wonderful company to deal with. Very quick and efficient. Will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

So we ended up replacing two toilettes, and she replaced both very efficiently.

We had a blockage on a thursday night with sewage back up. They came the next day, friday afternoon, so we did not have to suffer over the weekend. Both staff were friendly and our dogs loved them!
