My only complaint was being able to get in touch with their office. I dropped by the office where it is located close by and everything was resolved satisfactorily. They did an inspection for our application for solar panels and when the panels go live (which they now are), they are to come back to the house to confirm so we can apply for the Government Rebate. That appointment is this Thursday and they will help from there to initiate the finalization of steps to receive the grant.

Grateful for such a professional organization. I am a very happy repeat customer - my first experience was a helpful home inspection when buying my house as every nook and cranny was thoroughly investigated.
