The staff were great, especially the instructors leading the guided sessions. The sessions were so relaxing and they answered all my questions before hand. The location is beautiful and it was a wonderful experience. Loved it !

I visited today by myself. The staff were amazing. I really enjoyed the rituals and the mud facial gave my face everything it needed. I was hesitant to go alone, but really had an amazing experience. Will definitely return by myself!!!! And with others!!!!

I will happily give three stars solely for the amenities. However, if you are going for good customer service, I would not recommend. I booked a treatment two months in advance, after two changes to the person doing the treatment, it was cancelled just two days before my scheduled appointment with no reasoning or offer of compensation for the inconvenience, Our check in process took about 20 minutes of waiting, then another 20 minutes for myself and the other three with me to check in.
