“I will happily give three stars solely for the amenities. However, if you are going for good customer service, I would not recommend.
I booked a treatment two months in advance, after two changes to the person doing the treatment, it was cancelled just two days before my scheduled appointment with no reasoning or offer of compensation for the inconvenience,
Our check in process took about 20 minutes of waiting, then another 20 minutes for myself and the other three with me to check in. It felt like their goal was to increase stress levels before entering.
It was clear throughout that they were understaffed. From my experience of other nordic spas, it was disappointing to come and see that they do not hold to the high standards you would expect.

I did reach out to the spa after they responded to this google review and they provided some compensation for their poor customer service. I wish this was done from the getgo. But regardless, I appreciate that they tried, as such, increased rating to four stars.“
