We had two heat pumps installed this week. I liked everything about the process. Christian who came to quote the job is not a salesman, he's a Red Seal Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic. He knows what he's talking about. He quoted me for what I needed, not what he could sell me.
The two technicians who came to install them were wonderful and very personable. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They have a great warranty which gives us peace of mind. I'd recommend them to anyone

Finally took the plunge and had a Heat Pump installed. The entire thing was so easy. Chad came to my house to do a site inspection to advise us on exactly what system would do us best. Then for the installation, they were friendly and efficient, we had hot air blowing in no time! Couldn't be happier.
