We did not enjoy our experience with Taylor Flooring and the installers sent to our home. I initially went with a floor picked out, however was told that there is a nee flooring available that was supposed to be top notch. Unfortunately I did take his advice and select the flooring he suggested. Was supposed to be super durable and not scratch. Well turned out to be a very different experience, the installation process was brutal, no prep work done by them, I don’t even think they swept the floor before starting and they definitely did not clean up after they were done for the day. Awful nobody wanted to look after me and yelled for a guy in charge who came out from behind a office and said they never sent out a guy to our home to take measurements and said he did not know his name and then lady spoke up and said yes I sent him out said his name to that guy and he said he did not know him why lie to me and in any case tried to tell him I came over as was told to come to pick out flooring so this installer could put the quote in for me. May me drive over and waste my gas only to be argued with so got my husband out of car to explain and back me up being a senior was treated so rude anyway he told him not to interrupt him and would not let my husband... read full review

Great experience with Taylor Flooring, especially Judy! Very friendly and so helpful. Products are fantastic and pricing was actually less than big box stores. Tile installer did a great job too. Would recommend!
