Matt Organ was the technician who came to my house to fix my furnace that was just blowing cold air, and neither of my two heat pumps was working.It was a difficult problem to diagnose, but Matt worked through all possible issues until he found the problem. This took 3 hours even though it was supposed to be a quick service call, but Matt stayed the entire time until the furnace and heat pumps were working,I would recommend Rhyno’s and Matt to anyone if you ever need furnace work done.

Had them install a heat pump last year. Excellent service. On time, no diddling around. All business. Professional.This time it was for the first stage of a bathroom renovation which is involving the laundry room. Justin,Brayden & Justin arrived at our home to install 2 heat pumps. They all were extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. The 3 worked very hard and cleaned up as they went. Their interaction with me was constant to keep me in the picture as to what was going on. Their instructions on the use of the heat pumps were clear, simple and easy to understand.
