Meg is so gentle, caring and sweet. Very good job on filler and Botox. I like that she tells me “no you don’t need this procedure you have enough there” she really does care about you looking natural and healthy. The price is higher than what I’m used to paying but it was worth it for the care provided. Five star for the cleanliness, attention to detail, work done and personality. I will be staying with Meg as my health advisor from now on

I always love going to Vitality Bedford! All the staff are so great and knowledgeable. Kayla cut my hair and I am in love with it! I have fine, flat, long hair and didn’t want much off the length but wanted more volume and movement. It is probably the best hair cut I’ve ever had! Would highly recommend Vitality to anyone looking for amazing hair or esthetic services!!

A wonderful spa with top notch services and staff. Lisa is my go-to person for facials, pedi’s and the like, while Larah does the most beautiful nails. Both ladies, and everyone I’ve encountered there are friendly, professional and informative-highly recommend !
