This review is based on customer service. They change their rules every time we call. My son found a hairdresser that he likes at the Larry Uteck location, but they make it so difficult to book an appointment he'll be going someplace else. You used to be able to call the day of and make an appointment. Now they will only let you make an appointment within 2 hours? The rules are ridiculous and only hurt their hair stylist. The way they operate you'd swear they were the only place out there to get a hair cut!

Love the hair wash and head massage. But … every time I book online the receptionist says “Sorry the website doesn’t work very well” so you end up waiting or showing up to, no appt, no call, no text. Today booked online and was called back and given appt time. When I arrive on time, receptionist tell me probably 15 min more as we are busy. Why don’t you text the customers that you are late as you have the technology. Your big screen shows it! Please be more courteous so we don’t waste each other’s time and fix your website issues. Today couldn’t wait as I had other commitments. Maybe try again, maybe not.Service: Buzz cut
