Exceptional value with the monthly membership. I joined for the therapeutic benefits of the infrared sauna, but the monthly services have been an added luxury. Staff are welcoming, lovely, knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive to individual needs and requests. As someone with a nut and seed allergy, their Jane Iredale and Éminence products are some of the only natural makeup/skincare lines with a large selection of options available to me. The owner, Shannon, is always available to listen and work through any concerns that come up; I couldn’t ask for better customer service. Spa Chappelle is truly a blessing to the Larry Uteck community and beyond.
