I didn't catch the employees name, but I came in June 13 at around 11-11:30 am. They were short-staffed and there was only one employee working both cash and pet care and he was so kind and apologetic for the 'inconvenience.' I really hope he receives as much kindness as he gives! Great staff

I am not sure if this will be seen by any staff, but I was unable to find an email address, and at this point they are closed. But was there earlier and noticed that the 2 blue budgies on the top right encloser and they seem to have bonded. There isn't yet a sign saying that they have to be bought together, but that needs to be added for the safety of the birds. Other than this small issue it is a great location and usually has everything needed.

Looking for proplan indoor hairball 7lb bag not on shelf so ask the guy at cash as it was showing on sale and in stock. He offered to look into and found it hidden on the shelf. Thanks for going above and beyond.
