I have been a patient here for 2 years as part of my fight against MS. In that time, my quality of life and capabilities have improved immensely. Sarah, my physiotherapist, is very knowledgeable and kind. I look forward to each session as we work towards our goals. They have a great team there, and I recommend them highly.

I saw Alex Simon for physiotherapy after I broke my ankle and required ankle surgery. He was extremely knowledgeable, went above and beyond to give me the best rehab possible. He got me back to work and playing sports in no time. I would highly recommend going to see Alex at Nova Physio - Bedford for all your Physiotherapy needs!!!

I saw Alex for physio after a car accident. I loved that Alex was super educative and walked me through every muscle, and every treatment. He always let me know what he was doing, why, and what the goal of treatment was, I always felt super involved! He provided me with exercises for homework after every visit, and I noticed such an increase in mobility and a reduction in pain by the end of our work together. Thanks Alex!
