I purchased new glasses from Bedford Eye Care last year. A couple of weeks ago the frame broke; that may sound bad, but the point of customer service isn't necessarily not having a problem but rather how the problem is addressed. I reached out to the store (I've moved out of town since the purchase). They advised the glasses were warrantied. They requested a new pair from the manufacturer and called today (less then 2 weeks since I contacted them) and advised that they were shipping the new glasses to me. Wow! Absolutely outstanding service.
