I've been using Coastal Sports and Wellness for about 4 months and I can say in all certainty that they have surpassed my expectations. I currently see Nelson there for shockwave and physio for a couple of injuries. He is professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He shares information and makes you feel educated about your injury, which we all should be, so I always leave feeling that I know what I should do at home for recovery. He just has a way of treating his patients like each of them are members of his own family. Strongly recommend!!!
Incredible staff, very friendly reception and smooth billing process. The facility had some renovations at the time of my visit but I didn't feel like it had an impact on my time there. Laura was incredible and exceeded my expectations. I am really happy I booked with her and and I immediately felt like I was going to have a great session. I was able to draw on her expertise and experience in running to improve my performance. She addressed all of my concerns and questions. I aligned well with her approach to making slight adjustments to my technique and really helpful tips on staying injury free. She checked all the boxes with my time there!
Had a deep buttock and leg massage with Leanne. She hit all the right spots! She seemed very knowledgeable about my condition. Felt so good that i booked another appointment with her for upper body massage. Would definitely recommend Leanne Marriott.
