The office didn’t stop looking and they didn’t jump to say just replace the whole system. Terry is such a knowledgeable technician and always explains everything. I've been looking for 2 years for a certain filter I needed for my Fantech air exchange, luckily I found out that they supply them! When I called they were super friendly and helpful. Even took e-transfer! Super easy and super helpful. Highly recommend
