Momma Racoon and 3 babies got into my 1 story kitchen attic. 1 Rep from NS and 1 from NB arrived. They got the 2 or 3 day old babies but Mom hid and they told me she left. After about 6 hours she was still there and started to rip the place apart and I called them again and then opened up a place for her to go and she finally left (so did I!). I took the babies to the NS DNR and they put them down as Hope For Wildlife refused to take them. End result, I signed up for the removal and a 1 year contract where they would come 4 times in that year and come when/if I called. The guy from NB was the one to come and to the service and all he did was complain about the New Guy...read full review

Horrible customer service... They were contacted over a month ago about a bed bug infestation and it's been almost 7 weeks and they still haven't even given a time or date of when they would come fix it.

We had a wasp problem--the nest was just outside our kitchen window.When they came, they sprayed their insect foam at our OPEN window, some of which went inside our house. Both my wife and I were home at the time and we didn't know it was happening. Obviously, as we don't want poison to be sprayed into our home, we would have appreciated a knock on the door so we could close the window first! When I called, I spoke to 2 people about this, neither of whom apologized for the negligence. Somebody there even told me that whatever chemical they used to kill a nest of wasps was perfectly safe to spray inside the house! I discourage others from using this company's services.
