Have been going to Chanee for years - since she first took over the practice actually. Haven't been back in awhile.... only because it works, but was thinking recently about what a difference it's made in my life and how amazing she is, so thought it might be time I leave a review. Bedford Electrolysis has relocated a few times, but the consistency of service is in the professionalism, clinical atmosphere provided regardless of geolocation, and genuine care and concern Chanee provides for her clients. There's a reason she's in demand - In my experience, well worth the wait.

Fantastic service and thorough cleaning procedures. Everything is explained clearly in the consultation. Customers are made to feel comfortable. Thank you for the best customer service I have experienced in a long time!

Owner Chandrae Bailey has over 26 years of experience in the industry and has earned her C.P.E. (Certified Professional Electrologist) and C.C.E. (Certified Canadian Electrologist) designations from the FCEA (Federation of Canadian Electrolysis Associations) and also sits on the boards of both the FCEA (Secretary) and the AAPE (Atlantic Association of Professional Electrologists) (President).
