Some of the negative reviews here are a bit unfair, you never know what others are going through. I contacted Shannon after reading reviews online and was provided a quote the same day. My furnace was installed yesterday quickly and efficiently. The installation came a couple of months after my quote and even though the prices have increased my intial quote was honored. Very pleased with the service and professionalism and I will be using this company again!
ASAP lived up to their name.In less than 4 hours everything was done very efficiently. Heavy radiators (that were upstairs) , a furnace and oil tank were removed. A step broke during the removal, they fixed it with clear communication.My only comment is that there could have been a little bit more prep for collecting water, grease, and in terms of protecting the floor and walls from damage during the job. Other than that, very happy with the service! Would recommend!
