I had a half color and cut with Audrey and she was amazing. She took her time to really understand what you were looking for and followed through with enthusiasm and dedication. I didn't read my email until after my appointment and soon realized that I was booked in for 3 hours. I was in a rush to pick up my daughter so had to leave in a hurry. She was so understanding. I absolutely loved the end result! ❤️ And hands down she makes the best hot chocolate! Love the atmosphere there.....and Thomas...hilarious! I could listen to him all day long.

I have Tess as my hairstylist, and they are the best! I'm currently growing out my hair and Tess just understands hair and helps you achieve your personal hair goals, as well as giving you a cut that suits you! When my hair was shorter, Tess always had me leaving feeling my best! Thank you!

This was my first time going to Vivid and I had Annik for a stylist. It was a fantastic experience all the way through. Although Annik was running a bit late with the client she had before me, the receptionist made sure I was comfortable and asked if I wanted any tea/coffee/water while I waited, and apologized several times for the wait. I understand this can be a source of stress or frustration for some, but I didn't mind waiting, so no harm no foul. Once Annik brought me to her chair, she was very personable and knowledgeable of hair.
