I called about how I test my well water. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and explained the process in detail. He was able to answer all my questions and had all the time in the world for me. Seems like a great small business.
We have had excellent customer service at the Antigonish location during the past year. We are new to hard water and water softeners and Dennis has always made time to answer our questions or solve a problem. Highly recommend.
