I went to Mangala for treatment of chronic neck and upper back pain.He treated me with acupuncture and massage; and advised me with treatments I could make for myself at home, plus daily exercises.I wanted to wait before writing this, so i could get a sense of the longer term effects of the treatment, although, from the night of the treatment, I slept like a baby--a rare treat for me, and directly attributable to the treatment.I have done the exercises at home on a daily basis, and that has helped to maintain the beneficial effect of the acupuncture and massage.I am just now making the cleansing tea, as the ingredients were a bit difficult to source in my location, but I am going to give that a fair trial as well.I do recommend the treatments that Mangala offers; for both immediate and longer term relief. I could wish I lived closer, so I could avail myself of what he has to offer, more often.
