My alternator belt snapped while on the HWY over the weekend. I'm new to Amherst, so someone suggested these guys. Monday morning at 8am sharp, I called and they took the car in right away. I was out of the shop by 930am. Cost was fair. Service was top notch. Didn't try to sell me repairs even though I know a few things are needing done. I'll be returning.

Five stars!I had broken down in an unfamiliar area far from my usual mechanic. Adding to it was everything was closed. I was grateful to DC Towing for doing an awesome job of getting my truck dropped off at Deegan's. My husband called and left a message explaining why the truck had been left. We got a call from Buck who said he would look at it that very afternoon. He found the problem and ordered the part needed. Our truck was fixed the next day and the price was fair! I recommend them to anyone need a mechanic in that area.

Excellent customer service! My car was making a strange noise and they took it for a quick drive and fixed the problem in no time!Very high quality workmanship as well - changed brakes and routers before doing an MVI for me.
