EMPH is easy to work with. I ask for email or text and they got right back to me and scheduled an appointment. They're fast and they make good recommendations. They focus on the work while they're here. Bobby noticed something that a different company did wrong and offered to fix it (the thermostat was installed way too close to the heater). EMPH is great and I am so glad I found them.

Don’t bother calling anyone else.This family owned business is wonderful.The man just doesn’t quit until it’s right! Rather than leave me without heat over Christmas, he was determined to insure my safety and comfort- me- a stranger. He replaced several parts and made certain all was well before he left. I am so very grateful.I have never dealt with a more generous and honest company in my life. Their prices are fair, their work is high quality and the owners are amazing people. I am happy and thankful for their help. Prices ae very reasonable and I received a lot of helpful information about future work. They have visited twice now. I'm a little slow to call and schedule due to events beyond my control but they treat me like a neighbor, never-the-less.
