My Husband and I love staying at El Monte Sagrado and decided to get a couples massage after a day of skiing Taos. Upon arriving the front desk attendant checked us in and had to check the locker rooms to make sure there was a robe and sandals in the assigned lockers. My husband and I visited Taos for our honeymoon and stopped at the living spa for a couples massage! My husband says it was the best massage he’d ever had! Everyone was very sweet and welcoming. Also, I accidentally left a very important necklace of mine in the locker room and didn’t realize until I was back home in TEXAS. The manager here was kind enough to take it to UPS for me and have it shipped back home to me. Amazing!

My husband and I got a couples massage with Sarah and Benito. He said his massage with Sarah was matched with the best massage he had gotten back home. Benito was the best masseuse I had ever had!
The dry sauna and steam sauna were wonderful. The showers did run cold with splashes of hot water here and there.
I took a star off for the receptionist. She overcharged us by $30. The advertised price in the brochure and online was $410. She charged us $440 (not including taxes, tip etc.) The brochures either need to be updated or customers need to be charged correctly.
