"As far as i'm concerned, Dr Guttmann gave me my life back. He saw me originally when I was in horrible pain from 2 previous botched surgeries by another surgeon. He is not an ankle surgeon but I was referred to him by a friend of mine and he agreed to see me. He helped me make the right decisions as to where to have my surgery and paved the way with Dr. Campbell with the CORE Institute in Arizona. All is well"

I think Dr. Guttman and staff are very knowledgeable. Although, it will be very hard to book an appointment in a timely manor if it is not life threatening. Your injury will likely be healed incorrectly before you are seen for your appointment. If an efficient recovery time is on your list of priorities, you might want to do some orthopedic research in ABQ.

Dr. Dan Guttmann is a brilliant surgeon. I had my bicep and shoulder operated on three weeks ago and I already have full range of motion. Dr. Guttmann took great care and time with me pre- and post surgery to explain my situation, everything to expect, and in the follow-up he showed me videos of my surgery! He is truly a gifted surgeon who so many - like me - have benefited from. I personally know many people who he has helped, and they have great praise for him. Also, the staff is amazing. Dani, Stephanie and Jennifer have been extremely kind and helpful. And Drs. Marvil and Richardson were equally helpful when I met them a few days ago in the Los Alamos Office.
