We have used Phoenix for electrical and plumbing services. While the wait for an available technician is sometimes a bit long, we have had great service from technicians who resolved our problems and showed a lot of care and respect for our home.

The only reason they got 3 stars because we went there and they didn't have what we were looking for. We asked if they knew where we could find the items. They told us that no one had what we were looking for. We went to another place and they had the items. We felt what they told us was to keep us away as to not help their competitors. Not a good thing to do to customer's.

Awesome service Andy and Brandon were excellent they fixed the problem with my boiler . And was able to leave to a out of state funeral. I so appreciate them helping me out they are the greatest ?Service: Heating system repair
