We just put a cooling package in our home and were met with incredible service and professionalism. Every other company that came to our home fell through with providing bids or even telling us of our different cooling options. From our first call with Celia, to having Kabir come give us a quote, and everyone in between, we were beyond impressed. We really were in good hands with our HVAC professional Matt as he went above and beyond to make sure our unit was installed properly. Marcos, our electrician was on top of every communication along the way and did incredible, clean work. We will be using Phoenix Mechanical for any future upgrades or repairs! 5/5

I had ongoing problems with my heating system due to some installation errors on the part of a previous employee. The technicians were responsive and pro-active and, when the unit had to be completely reassembled, they took full responsibility and the owner did not re-charge me for the work. It was a big repair and I am very grateful for their professionalism and generosity.

We have used Phoenix for electrical and plumbing services. While the wait for an available technician is sometimes a bit long, we have had great service from technicians who resolved our problems and showed a lot of care and respect for our home.
