We have called Scott heating and cooling for a couple repairs and inquires about duct cleaning but Scotty came and helped us out when our unit finally died. He and his team figured out a new method of cooling our place using mini splits. He educated us on our building envelope and how to best cool the house most efficiently. We got rid of our HVAC and all the nasty ducts and installed 5 mini splits. The installation was done in a Day and for the first time in the 3 years of own ming our house we have a cold house! They were very professional. Arrived on time and finished the job promptly. Quoted same day - mini split system, installed it the following week. We're very happy with it. Installers were neat and did a great job.

Needed an assessment of a small room at the beginning of the Summer. Scott's was busy, but the owner made it by and assessed the room size, occupancy and provided details of work needed. He said I would receive an estimate by 5 pm that same day. The estimate arrived at 3:30 pm. We set a date and time for the work. The job was completed at the said time. Works great and looks fantastic. Every person at Scott's H&C company was polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and will use again.
