You can't beat Mike's professionalism, dedication to his customers, or personal integrity. Mike came out to our house in White Rock on one day's notice to fix my air conditioner, then followed up for the next two weeks to make sure everything was working correctly. He shows up when he says he will and bills exactly what he quotes; no surprises no changes. On top of all that, he's a very nice guy.

We solicited three quotes for a new HVAC system for our house in Los Alamos. Mike's made the most sense for us / the space, and was ultimately the most reasonable. He was also happy to work around some tricky constraints we had for the ducting.Mike can be curt, but he holds his work to a high standard. I appreciate that.

I no longer use Yelp. I signed in to leave this review for Mike / Thermal Designs. We solicited three quotes for a new HVAC system for our house in Los Alamos. Mike's was the most reasonable, and made the most sense. He was also happy to work around some tricky constraints we had for the ducting. Mike is old school and no-nonsense. I appreciated that. I could see how it might be taken the wrong way, but I found it refreshing.
