The Tercero team are true professionals who also make you feel like a part of their family. We moved to Santa Fe with only a 2 day window to find our home. We were shown the houses that we requested a tour of immediately. Our whole process from showing to closing was the smoothest process we’ve ever had with any Realtors. I highly recommend the Tercero agency for anyone settling in Santa Fe.

Benjamin and Brian, and their team, are beyond the best! I've worked with about 10 realtors over the years, and these guys really have it together. I wanted to buy, from Canada, so I set up a relationship after watching their very informative videos and checking their reviews. (I checked out other realtors, too, but decided on Tercero Agency.) Then, when I saw a listing I loved that was being shown in 5 days, I contacted Benjamin and he got there the next day, sending me an excellent, thorough video walk through. I made an offer the next day! Then went up against 4 other offers. Benjamin was super responsive, very fast, and so was I, so in the end I got a gorgeous place! His team sent documentation out right away; prepped me through the process, and everything worked seamlessly. And they are helping me with details that I can't do because I'm not there. Everyone is so professional but really nice...I know I sound like I'm gushing, but I have to, they were that good! Highly, highly recommend them, and will do so in person when I move down to Santa Fe soon. P.S: They know the area inside out; their family goes back 300 years there, I think. Anyway, I'm very, very happy with their work.
