We came looking for new stove options and surprisingly bought one within two hours. The salesperson was knowledgeable, but didn't expose us to too much information. We're happy with our choice and it was a good Sierra West Sales experience. We'd recommend them and would of course return for other appliances.

Customer service above and beyond! The installation of our new Bosch fridge/freezer prove to be quite difficult but the installation crew did an amazing job (and didn't leave until the job was done). Special thanks to Tyler who coordinated the work and personally delivered our replacement toe kick, and polished the above mentioned fridge/freezer. Looks and works great! Thank you.

We needed a new built in refrigerator and ran into global supply chain issues. Judy Chafee, our sales contact made many calls on our behalf to find a built in that would work for us. When we expressed interest in a brand Sierra West doesn't sell, Judy gave us the name of a competitor that carries that brand. Ultimately we got a refrigerator that we are happy with from Sierra West.
