Presbyterian Urgent Care has been a great augmentation to our regular medical care through the Presbyterian Internal Medicine practice. We were diagnosed and treated quickly, correctly, and humanely when we came down with COVID last winter and they have been responsive whenever we've needed medical attention that couldn't wait for an appointment with our internist. As part of the Presbyterian system they have access to and make good use of our long-term medical records and consult as needed with other physicians. Like all urgent care practices, when you go in you see who you see -- but you get seen right away. I could not recommend them more highly.

Dr. Gonzales is the best Doctor I have seen/observed in many years. He spent close to an hour at the initial visit with my son. Thorough. Non judgmental. Asked clear, relevant, astute questions.Extraordinary. Bravo! And thank you!!!

I finally got an appointment with a doctor via video conference, but that was the only good aspect of my experience. The doctor said she would order tests and when I asked how to follow up on that, she said her assistant would call. No one called, and no way to reach them. No email address either. They have multiple numbers for all their departments and doctors, and I've tried them all, to no avail. They don't answer, you can be on hold all day, and there's no option to leave a message. There is a fax number, I guess I'll have to fax them a message.
