This is a comment for the "Google User" who gave the 1 star review 6 years ago. The owner probably didn't contact you because you didn't realize how important the installation is. She could have provided a wonderful product, but with an incompetent installer, the whole job could have been a mess. Then you might have gone back to her wanting some kind of recompense for a problem she had no control over and was not responsible for. I don't blame her for not calling you back, under the circumstances, I wouldn't have either.

I had a great experience with Toni at Plaza Hardwood. From the first time I contacted her, through the completion of my project, she was accessible, friendly and knowledgeable. She was quickly able to assess my needs and provide workable options. You cannot find this level of knowledge, quality or customer service at the bigger box stores. I am thrilled with my hardwood floor and my experience with Plaza Hardwood.
