Noella Jewelry Couture Gem & Bead Gallery

I ordered two necklaces from this boutique, which the owner, Noella, was going to ship to me once she had finished stringing the beads and attaching the clasps. That was over a month ago. I emailed her twice and she did not respond. She had charged my credit card, so the necklaces were paid for, to the tune of close to $3,000. I eventually had the charges reversed, so thankfully I did not get screwed. Buyer beware. There are other reviews which report similar dealings with this woman. The one 5-star review is from a Sean Milko. Noella, the owner's last name is Milko. Just saying... I can confirm deceptive practices of this store. Never had anything like this happen even in many countries in Africa where I used to travel. Do not give them your credit card without insisting on a handwritten receipt and keep the tags from the items you bought. I did get the items I chose last week because I took them with me from the store, but I neither saw nor received a written receipt, they made sure I did not get the tags from the pieces I bought. I was just shown a signature box on their electronic device and when I got home and saw the emailed receipt, it was 700 dollars, 200 dollars more than what I had understood.
