I love Jo Ann's studio in Santa Fe, it's a wonderful place to practice yoga. However, most often I participate in her classes in Los Alamos on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and alternate Fridays. With each class I take my body relaxes more and more. I cannot thank Jo Ann enough for all her detailed instruction that pushes my body towards a healthier state.
