he was very competent but I wish he'd been aware of a selection of booster pumps rather than the next upgrade of the same model I had that was no longer made. This upgrade works fine but it runs continuously and is louder.

Carlos from James Plumbing replaced a swamp cooler for us. I was initially skeptical of the fee for an estimate. When Carlos came to do the estimate, he did a nice job walking me through what work would be done and giving helpful tips. It was clear that he was thinking through the job and anticipating potential problems. The cost was competitive with other estimates I got. I had no problems scheduling the work, it was done right and on time.
