Always great service and they have been able to squeeze us in for a couple different emergencies even on the weekend. The vets techs and their assistant techs are great and explained everything to me
Miscommunication lead to me missing the first of two appointments in the morning. They were understanding and willing to take their lunch break to squeeze us in for our echocardiogram.
Gruda has been serving our pets for about 5 years now. They are always excellent and a 1-stop for not just the service, but the pharmacy as well. I have a coworker that lives in Albuquerque but uses Gruda in Santa Fe due to how good they are. Gruda (the man) sometimes gets a bad rap for his personality, but he does outstanding work. I'd rather have an overly competent vet vs an overly nice vet.
