I tried to get information on services and before I could communicate that I needed to make an appointment later due to being at work, I was hung up on. I definitely won't try her services if that's the way she treats customers.

I had a tanning salon I loved at the devargas mall but this mall is notorious for not being friendly to local renters as the rent is astronomical. My salon was pushed out & i haven't been to one since. I googled tanning salons in Santa Fe & Belindas came up. Seemed nice enough. I waited about 6 months before i gave it a try. Today I walked into the salon & a woman was giving another woman a pedicure with her back towards me in a small room off to the back of a lobby like area. There were bells on the door & I thought my presence was known once I walked in. I was not acknowledged, which is perfectly fine with me, i thought it was nice she was giving the client her undivided attention. I needed a restroom & approached the woman giving the pedicure. When I asked her if I could use her restroom, she was taken aback by me & looked at me as if i had killed a puppy in front of her. The look of disgust on her face was intense. I felt a little uneasy. I asked, "may i use your restroom?" Her response (along with the look) was "not if you're not a customer, or its only for customers" or something along those lines. I told her I was trying to be a customer. She sighed heavily like i inconvenienced her & pointed me down the hall (she was still sitting on her pedicure stool at this point) & once I was in the bathroom, I could hear her closing all the doors down the hall I was in, as if I would do some exploring after my bathroom visit had she not done so. After I came out she still had the look on her face as though I had 2 heads that were melting & getting all over her floor. I asked about prices for using the tanning bed. I could tell I wasn't..... welcome there & she seemed disinterested in helping me. Her attitude was crazy rude. She informed me that they don't take anything but cash. I had just made a deposit so I told her I'd run to my bank & come back. I really wanted to give it a chance after all that. I felt so icky though, like I did something wrong or like I was diseased or something. I got the cash & went back & her attitude was such that she was like forcing herself to be nice to me. I really liked the bed, it was really nice. But the price kinda sucked ($16.50 for 12 mins) & I felt like an intruder. When she was leaving the room so I could use the bed I asked her name. It was Belinda. To me, that is unreal. She's the owner & she treats people this way. I swear, I thought she was an employee of Belindas & i would have to let the owner know how rude she was because it wasn't cool. I felt really sh*tty the way she treated me. After i left another salon called me back & informed me they have several beds & it would be $50 for a month & I could go every day if I wanted. I told them a snippet of my experience for the day at a new salon & they told me that they hear things like that ALL the time about Belinda. It's really sad. If I ran a business, I'd treat people how I want to be treated. That's just a life thing. I have money to spend as I am an avid tanner. I can't even imagine how a business owner could treat a potential client so poorly & it also be the reputation of said owner. Oh well. I suppose some of us are just more kind than others & know how to treat people. Put your best face forward for your company & your clients will reciprocate.

I have gone to other tanning salons but this one is the one that I love the most. This machine is standing up, but it provides amazing coverage!! I really recommend it, The place is always clean and the staff is very nice!!! I will go there again and again.
