Pine Tree Construction

Pine Tree Roofing put the wrong type roof on our back porch and didn’t put it back as it should have been. They roofed our house and damaged the underneath side of the back porch roof and didn’t replace the plywood decking as promised. Also took our down payment to install gutters, never showed up and have lied over and over about returning our money. Don’t do business with them. Read their bad reviews all day long online.

This company doesn't deserve any stars. They put a new roof on our house in Ruidoso and put the wrong type on our back porch. In doing so they came through the plywood decking with 3" screws and completely ruined it. They agreed to replace the decking with new plywood and they didn't do it. We now have OSB decking with nails sticking through and it looks like crap. In addition we have them a down payment on gutters and after failing to show up again and again they have our money and keep lying about returning it to us. How do people stay in business that are this dishonest and totally don't care. No conscience and no morals. Don't use them. I hope Ruidoso wises up and they don't get a penny from anyone.

Should be zero stars as all they did was take my deposit and then never do any work. The situation is being investigated by the Ruidoso police currently.They are claiming one of their employees was given access to the owners email and posing as him told me that all contact the alleged scammer, Lee. They were initially responsive when I asked for an estimate, unlike other companies in Ruidoso, so I was happy to move forward with them. I got the estimate, paid them $6000 and was emailed by the owner that Lee was my point of contact thereafter.
