So I was trying to shop local and order an expensive part I needed at Ferguson's in Ruidoso and I have to say.... I have rarely walked out of a business because of poor customer service... but the woman that was working there was BY FAR the RUDEST person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with EVER! I have never been treated so poorly and with such disregard and disrespect. I am thoroughly disappointed and pretty disgusted. I desperately needed this part, but I will be happy to buy from a robot online than spend a penny with a business that clearly doesn't need or want my business.Why is there no option for zero stars??

If I could give 0 stars that's what I would do. Customer service is horrible. Went in for one pvc piece and the guy gave us an earful of negativity with a $3000 solution. People have to shop here for certain things because there just because there isn't another option. Between Amazon and Village Ace, we avoided making a purchase at all! Got out $5 piece at Ace and got the job done.
