Tommy, Ruben and Freddie were amazing from the moment I walked in the door. Tommy was very attentive and showed me every car I was curious about. He was kind and patient. Ruben and Freddie were also so very kind and patient, I know I was not the easiest customer, but they never acted with anything except professionalism and care. I would recommend Richland to anyone, and will shop there again in the future.

My experience at Richland was the best I have ever had purchasing a car. I found the truck I wanted online. Spoke to the Sales person via phone. Submitted all needed paperwork by email. I already had financing in place but gave them the option to beat it and they did! Once deal was finalized with numbers I liked I went to the pick up my truck! My salesperson Seth had the truck washed and ready. We went for a drive. The finance department was a breeze! Everyone was friendly and professional and I definitely recommend this dealership!

1st we test drove the GMC terrain which was basic and a little under powered. 2nd we test drove the GMC Acadia AT4 which drove great and had most features we were looking for. 3rd we tested the Chevy Blazer 2024 loaded really nice but out of our budget. We came there for the GMC terrain AT4 but it was gone by the time we got there. Which in a way we got more power and better choice with the GMC Acadia AT4 which we drove home.
