Tax Lady was really rude and answered our questions rudely she didn't understand what I was asking nor did she answer them correctly. ALL I ASK FOR is PROFESSIONALISM which the Tax Lady severely lacked on top of that. I'm pretty sure she's a devil worshipper with the devil eyes and devil imagery decorations she had

I have been waiting for a call back since yesterday & this makes the 3rd time I've filed with them & have had trouble with my refund last year & now this year as well, I will be going elsewhere next year.

The person doing the taxes is rude and disrespectful. He did my mom's taxes wrong and I called and the lady told me he wasn't there and he would call me back and yet he fails to do so.
