The ladies at Premier Pets Grooming truly exemplify compassion and understanding for my one-year-old Shih Tzu. Despite his overwhelming anxiety and discomfort with having his feet touched or nails trimmed, I found hope. After dropping him off, I always worried about his behavior. However, our groomer Alexia made a lasting impression from our very first visit. She thoughtfully sent texts with updates throughout his time there and called to let me know he was ready. Her positive and encouraging reports on his behavior were uplifting. After four appointments with Alexia, we are rewarded with a clean, happy, and handsome Shih Tzu, showcasing the remarkable transformation that care and understanding can achieve. Jessie started grooming my dogs in 2013. Lindsey started helping with some of our dogs many years ago as our pack grew. All my dogs love going to get groomed and I’m always thankful for clean and tired dogs when they come home.
