“I’ve been going to the Hype off and on for several years and have always had great experiences! I hadn’t been getting my hair done for some time and decided I needed a change. I had very specific ideas about what I wanted and my stylist, Kayla was wonderful. She spent time at the beginning really listening and asking questions about what I wanted. She took her time during the service and walked me through everything she was doing. She was so attentive and sweet. The end result was better than expected, exactly what I had pictured. I cannot recommend her and The Hype enough! 10/10!!

“They had to reschedule my daughters for over booking. During the reschedule they were running very behind and there was only 1 women cutting hair. I’m patient and understanding so not too big of a deal. The stylist was awesome and even though she had to do 3 cuts while having other people come in (making her more behind), she took her time and continually made sure it was what my daughters and I were wanting. She gave all 3, whom all wanted different things, the best cuts and care we have received at this particular location. I hope someone gives her raise cause I can’t imagine how stressful it must’ve been for her and she handled it well.“
