I called them today about finding a replacement piece for a cracked cultured marble wall thats in the shower of a house I just purchased.Their website states free in-home consultations upon request but in our telephone conversation it was announced that they're at least 4 months out for any new jobs and that they're currently only manufacturing & working for their large contractor type customers. They are not setting up any free in-home cosutations at this time.Yes, I'm a little frurstrated because I can't get what I need done even if it is 4 months.
