Wonderful instructors, beautiful studio, effective classes. Kathleen, Lorraine and Haley Rose are a few of my favorites. Front desk staff always helpful and friendly.

I can’t say enough good: the workouts, the members, the instructors, the manager. All of them help me to meet my goals and be excited to be there. The absolutely best ! Don’t hesitate. You’ll be glad you gave it a try.
